Let me congratulate the freshers on choosing our institution to pursue their career in medical fields both at MBBS and B. Sc. Nursing programs for the August session 2010. The institution has proved its worth by contributing medical services in the eastern zone of Nepal and it is already on the path of becoming the largest teaching hospital of Nepal accommodating one thousand fifty beds by the end of 2012.The infrastructure is being developed to meet global criteria so as to recruit foreign students. I really feel proud to bring into public notice the institution has already initiated process to enroll the students from SAARC countries and South Africa. We have developed our network to get to every community of the eastern of part of Nepal which has enabled us to investigate and diagnose both usual and rare medical cases. The exposure has widened our students’ skills and capacities to become expertise in the medical field. Our institution is going to be the first to introduce USMLE program in the nation which gives international exposure to the students who are keen on pursuing their career in prestigious American medical colleges.
